The review was submitted through a unique invitation associated with a completed customer service. Private customer information is never displayed.
Every verified review receives its own public reference code, such as BMS-7A42. You can also view the Verification ID by clicking the Verified Customer badge on a review card and opening the verification details. The ID connects that review to its verification record so you can view the confirmed service category, service date, service location, and verification status without exposing the customer's private contact or booking information.

We want customers to understand exactly what our Verified Customer label does—and does not—mean.
Can anyone leave a Verified Customer review?
No. A verified review requires a private, single-use review invitation associated with a completed Boxed Up! Moving Solutions service. A visitor cannot simply open the public reviews page and mark their own review as verified.
Can negative reviews be hidden just because they are negative?
Our verification standard is not based on whether a review is favorable. The FTC's rule also addresses review suppression and prohibits certain misleading practices, including representing that a review section reflects all or most submitted reviews when reviews have been suppressed because of their rating or negative sentiment. A critical review can still qualify as a Verified Customer review. Learn more from the FTC.
Can the same review invitation be used more than once?
No. Each private invitation is designed for one completed customer service and becomes unusable after a review is submitted.
Do you pay customers for positive reviews?
We do not condition a reward, payment, discount, or other incentive on a customer leaving a positive review. The FTC's Consumer Reviews and Testimonials Rule prohibits compensation or incentives that are conditioned on a review expressing a particular positive or negative sentiment. Verification is based on the completed-customer process, not the star rating. See the FTC's review-rule Q&A.
Does “Verified Customer” mean the review is positive?
No. Verification is about whether the reviewer came through the completed-customer process—not whether they gave us a high rating. Critical reviews can still be verified.
What does the Verification ID actually prove?
It identifies the specific verified-review record created through our completed-customer review process. Opening the verification details lets you compare the review with non-sensitive service information tied to that record.
Why doesn't Boxed Up! Moving Solutions write or create fake reviews?
Besides being against the purpose of this verification system, fake and false consumer reviews are specifically addressed by the Federal Trade Commission's Consumer Reviews and Testimonials Rule. The rule prohibits businesses from creating or selling fake or false reviews and also restricts businesses from buying or disseminating reviews they know—or should know—are fake or false. Our policy is to publish customer feedback from the completed-customer review process rather than manufacture reviews ourselves. Read the FTC's guidance.
Why don't you display the customer's full booking information?
We intentionally keep private information—such as phone numbers, email addresses, street addresses, and private booking identifiers—out of the public verification record. The public details are limited to information useful for confirming the type and timing of the service.
